At Lumibele, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will provide the complete return address once your return is approved.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your country of residence is not Brazil, return shipping and delivery times may be longer than expected.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated or required by local law.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


2A. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products, including downloadable files such as PDF planners, templates, and other digital materials, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital content are considered final.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue (such as download errors or file corruption), contact us at team.lumibele@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


3. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the product you currently have.
Once the return is accepted, simply make a new purchase for the desired item.


4. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

This 14-day right of withdrawal exists in addition to Lumibele’s standard 30-day return policy, meaning EU customers always benefit from the longer period available.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at team.lumibele@gmail.com
